About the role

  • Account Executive acquiring enterprise customers for SurveyMonkey’s survey and forms platform. Generating outbound pipeline, building ROI cases, and closing full-cycle sales.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle sales process for SurveyMonkey’s enterprise suite
  • Acquire new logos through outbound pipeline generation
  • Upsell existing self-service SurveyMonkey users into Enterprise opportunities
  • Identify mission-driven needs and build ROI-based business cases for diverse stakeholders
  • Generate most pipeline through outbound prospecting in an assigned territory
  • Leverage intent data and tools including ZoomInfo, GTM Workspaces, internal GPT tools, Gemini, and Claude
  • Map target accounts and multi-thread across Marketing, HR, and IT departments
  • Build consensus, execute competitive displacement plays, and drive multi-product adoption
  • A/B test, adapt, and refine outreach to maximize conversion rates
  • Transition from cold prospecting to consultative pitching and closing
  • Capitalize on inbound and product-led growth signals
  • Apply the Sandler selling methodology and MEDDPICC framework
  • Use Salesforce and Gong to track active deals and maintain forecasting

Requirements

  • Proven track record of thriving in an outbound-heavy role
  • Ability to generate pipeline through proactive prospecting, cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
  • Experience systematically penetrating a defined territory and multi-threading through mid-sized organizational structures
  • Ability to identify economic buyers, build champions across multiple departments, and create consensus
  • Ability to synthesize intent data and leverage technology to craft scalable messaging
  • 2+ years of fast-paced, full-cycle sales experience
  • Ability to create urgency and run “rip and replace” sales cycles against entrenched competitors
  • Ability to balance transactional wins with focused outbound prospecting to consistently meet quota
  • History of successfully cross-selling or positioning a multi-product portfolio
  • Active listening skills to map products to buyer pains
  • Background in Market Research or direct experience selling into HR or Healthcare organizations is a bonus, not strictly required
