About the role

  • Associate Planner focusing on building strong client relationships and delivering financial advice. Contributing to business growth in TD Wealth through phone and digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen existing TD Wealth Financial Planning relationships
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to onboard existing TDCT customers
  • Identify client goals and potential barriers
  • Deliver advice and conduct financial planning conversations via phone and digital platforms
  • Maintain and enhance long-term client relationships
  • Identify opportunities to refer clients to TD partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in banking services
  • Required to obtain Registered Representative (RR) licensing with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) within 120 days of start date
  • Financial planner diploma granted by the Institute of Financial Planning (IPF) required within 2 years in role
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required to serve our clients
