About the role

  • TD Auto Finance intern rotating across sales, marketing, communications, and operations. Supporting dealer relationships, customer experience, reporting, campaigns, and income verification.

Responsibilities

  • Rotate across Sales, Marketing, Communications, and Operations at TD Auto Finance
  • Assist Sales with reporting, data analysis, dealer-facing materials, communications, presentations, and tracking tools
  • Participate in sales initiatives and special projects
  • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, internal communications, content creation, campaign tracking, and performance reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging
  • Support the Income Verification team with documentation review, process tracking, data entry, quality checks, and reporting
  • Gain exposure to credit and risk-related processes within auto finance
  • Assist with internal and external communications initiatives
  • Draft, edit, and organize communications content
  • Maintain shared resources, templates, communication logs, and accurate documentation
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and project updates
  • Follow established processes and TD policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program at the Automotive Business School of Canada
  • Must intend to return to school at the start of the work term
  • Prior internship, co-op, or part-time work experience is an asset but not required
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with data analysis tools is an asset
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks across different functional areas
  • Applications must include a transcript, cover letter of one letter-sized page or less, and a resume of maximum 2 pages
  • Must reside in Canada, as TD requires employees to reside in the country where the role is located
