About the role

  • Project Manager coordinating operational readiness and integrated delivery for TD Securities, a capital markets and transaction banking provider. Managing business, technology, change, risk, and governance workstreams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and maintain Business and Operations planning views for assigned releases
  • Incorporate Business/Ops milestones into integrated program plans, including dependencies, testing readiness, rollout, hypercare, and transition-to-BAU requirements
  • Coordinate Operations, Business, Change Management, Delivery, Technology, Risk/Control, and other impacted stakeholders
  • Define and track operating model impacts, business process changes, procedures, controls, training, communications, support models, and go-live readiness criteria
  • Prepare status updates, risks, issues, decisions, escalations, meeting materials, and executive-ready reporting
  • Track required delivery artifacts, governance checkpoints, approvals, decision logs, RAID updates, and escalation materials
  • Identify and manage dependencies, risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions across workstreams
  • Integrate stakeholder impacts, adoption activities, communications, training, readiness assessments, and sustainment actions into project plans
  • Drive action-item follow-through, decision-log updates, milestone completion, and readiness checkpoints through closure

Requirements

  • Demonstrated project management experience supporting medium to high complexity initiatives across business, operations, technology, and change workstreams
  • Strong planning discipline with integrated plans, milestone trackers, dependency logs, RAID logs, action registers, and readiness dashboards
  • Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to clarify scope, drive alignment, resolve issues, and support timely decision-making
  • Strong understanding of operational readiness, business process impacts, target operating models, transition-to-BAU planning, and change adoption activities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-ready status updates, meeting materials, action summaries, and escalation notes
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities and maintain delivery momentum
  • Experience in a regulated banking or financial services environment preferred
  • Familiarity with governance expectations, delivery lifecycle checkpoints, artifact readiness, approvals, RAID management, risk/control documentation, compliance considerations, and executive-level status reporting preferred
  • Payments knowledge helpful, including payment operations, wires/high-value payments, payment processing workflows, operational handoffs, exception management, and reconciliation
  • Ability to operate within a matrixed TD delivery environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, project planning tools, collaboration platforms, and delivery reporting materials
