About the role

  • Salesforce Campaign Manager delivering personalized, cross-channel marketing journeys for TD, a major North American bank. Building and optimizing SFMC campaigns, audiences, templates, and automations.

Responsibilities

  • Design, streamline, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys, including audience building and filtering in Salesforce CDC
  • Build and deploy marketing campaigns using Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder
  • Develop journeys, templates, lists, forms, A/B tests, and automated triggers
  • Design and execute cross-channel SFMC campaigns and journeys based on marketer requirements
  • Configure audience entry, exit, and re-entry criteria and journey decision splits
  • Oversee journey planning and execution, technical reviews, and quality control
  • Build and maintain responsive modular campaign templates incorporating brand standards and best practices
  • Perform QA testing for audience segmentation, content accuracy, and device rendering
  • Manage and segment audience data using Marketing Cloud tools, APIs, data extensions, filters, and queries
  • Troubleshoot campaign development issues including template rendering, links, accessibility, and subscriber lookup
  • Use SFMC tools and scripting languages to update content and enable dynamic personalization
  • Build dynamic campaigns using HTML and AMPscript
  • Provide guidance and train specialists on SFMC capabilities and deployment best practices
  • Apply personalization and marketing automation expertise to dynamic email content and segmentation rules
  • Participate in campaign optimization sessions and support campaign performance analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve campaign objectives within stated timelines
  • Use project management skills to drive initiatives from conception to completion

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of Salesforce and marketing automation experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of campaign management and delivery experience with segmentation strategy
  • Solid CRM experience and understanding of marketing campaign concepts and best practices
  • Extensive Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Data Extensions
  • Experience owning multi-audience campaigns
  • Proficiency in AMPscript, HTML/CSS, and dynamic content scripting for email customization
  • Experience creating dynamic and personalized marketing campaigns using AMPscript
  • SQL expertise for marketing automations, analysis, and system maintenance
  • Experience maintaining and optimizing SFMC for performance and data integrity
  • Strong knowledge of CASL and other Canadian email-marketing regulatory frameworks
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control
  • Preferred: 3+ years of journey orchestration experience in financial services or another regulated industry
  • Preferred: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator, Developer, and/or Email Specialist certification
  • Preferred: 3+ years working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
  • Knowledge of Inline CSS, Embedded CSS, External CSS, and AMPscript plus CSS
