Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in technology programs
- Minimum of 3-5 years of strong hands-on developer experience
- Strong technology background as a full stack developer, primarily Java
- Exceptional experience building large-scale enterprise systems
- Experience building REST APIs, microservices, Spring, and container solutions
- Excellent database knowledge and hands-on experience managing large RDBMS, LDAP, and NoSQL systems
- Experience integrating industry-leading COTS solutions such as Ping Federate, Access Management, ThreatMetrix, and BioCatch with home-grown enterprise capabilities
- Experience deploying containerized solutions using AKS in Azure or similar cloud infrastructure
- In-depth understanding of GitHub Actions for CI/CD
- Experience designing highly resilient, fault-tolerant, high-throughput application ecosystems
- Real-world implementation experience in event streaming using Kafka
- Strong understanding of Azure public cloud design and implementation
- Experience with vulnerability scanning tools such as Veracode and Sonar
- Experience with log management tools such as Splunk, DataDog, and Dynatrace
- Ability to lead high-performance professionals from junior to senior levels
- Ability to mentor junior developers and BSAs
- Ability to participate in proofs of concept and solution design thinking
