About the role
- Insurance rotational associate completing 24-month rotations across TD Insurance’s General Insurance and Life & Health businesses. Building expertise through projects, training, and cross-functional assignments.
Responsibilities
- Complete a 24-month rotational assignment through various Insurance Departments
- Work across TD Insurance’s General Insurance and Life & Health Insurance businesses
- Build critical experiences in risk and governance, change and transformation, strategy development, delivery and execution, financial results, and product knowledge
- Develop knowledge and skills through projects and assignments across TD Insurance business lines
- Build meaningful connections with leaders and other Associates across TD Bank Group
- Explore progressive roles within Insurance after completing the program
Requirements
- Graduating in 2027 with an undergraduate degree and available to start in July 2027
- Completion of undergraduate degree in Business or Finance in 2027
- Business, finance or quantitative skills developed through post-secondary and previous work experience
- Good foundation in business acumen, problem solving skills and analytical capabilities
- Effective teamwork and collaboration skills
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and maintain attention to detail
- Proactive mindset to take initiative
- Customer service experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Bilingual in French/English would be an asset, but not required
