Responsibilities
Oversee a portfolio of strategic technology projects
Ensure the planning, monitoring, and control of projects under your responsibility
Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and issues
Ensure governance and accountability to stakeholders
Coordinate delivery teams and various stakeholders
Communicate project progress to managers and executives
Ensure project alignment with business and technology objectives
Contribute to change management and the adoption of delivered solutions
Prepare required reports, dashboards, and governance documentation
Support the continuous improvement of project management practices
Requirements
Hold a bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline
Have a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience
Have significant experience managing large-scale technology projects
Demonstrate excellent knowledge of governance, planning, and risk management processes
PMP certification is a significant asset
Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 certification is an asset
Have experience managing technology portfolios and programs
Demonstrate leadership, autonomy, and excellent decision-making skills
Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and team-mobilization skills
Demonstrate excellent analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
Be fluent in spoken and written French
