About the role

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to workstations, network infrastructure, and security systems
- Participate in the implementation of new network and security solutions
- Conduct regular monitoring of technology infrastructure
- Participate in the detection and prevention of security incidents
- Contribute to updating and optimizing technology configurations
- Document technical interventions, procedures, and configurations
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and user support teams
- Provide technical support to users and internal teams
- Participate in the continuous improvement of operational processes
- Perform any other related activities required to fulfill the mandate
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline
- Have a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience
- Have experience providing IT support in corporate environments
- Have a good understanding of network infrastructure and cybersecurity principles
- Be able to identify and resolve technical issues effectively
- Experience monitoring systems and infrastructure is an asset
- Demonstrate the ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain thorough documentation
- Demonstrate autonomy, resourcefulness, and an excellent sense of responsibility
- Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Demonstrate a consistent willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Be fluent in spoken and written French
