Responsibilities
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and priorities with stakeholders.
Establish and monitor budgets and schedules across all project components.
Coordinate technical, operational, and specialized teams.
Provide guidance to resources responsible for technical management and project execution.
Supervise and guide external professionals, including architects and engineers.
Participate in preparing specifications, calls for tender, contracts, and amendments.
Monitor fees, payment requests, and contractual changes.
Plan interventions while ensuring continuity of operations in occupied facilities.
Coordinate equipment integration and interfaces between the various disciplines.
Ensure that safety and infection prevention requirements are addressed.
Lead meetings, monitor risks, and present progress to decision-making bodies.
Coordinate project completion and handover to operations teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as project management, engineering, architecture, business administration, or infrastructure management.
More than 10 years of experience managing complex technical infrastructure projects.
More than 10 years of experience in environments requiring high operational reliability, particularly healthcare facilities or critical infrastructure.
Successfully delivered at least one project valued at more than $25 million.
Experience delivering projects in healthcare, medical services, or laboratory environments.
Experience developing, coordinating, and implementing infection prevention measures.
PMP certification or equivalent.
Leadership skills and the ability to mobilize multidisciplinary teams.
Strong attention to detail in managing budgets, schedules, and commitments.
Ability to anticipate risks and resolve problems.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Autonomy, sound judgment, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Regular schedule of 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Availability for occasional work outside regular hours and to be reachable in emergencies.
