About the role

Project Manager coordinating data mapping and integration initiatives for TELUS Digital’s digital platform ecosystem. Tracking delivery, KPIs, risks, budgets, and cross-functional communications.

Responsibilities

Support and coordinate data mapping projects aligning business requirements with technical implementations
Translate data requirements into mapping specifications and documentation with technical teams
Track mapping progress and ensure accurate, complete deliverables
Identify data transformation needs and coordinate solutions across platforms
Document and communicate data flow requirements to stakeholders and development teams
Assist Senior Program Managers and Project Managers with platform-enhancement programs
Coordinate cross-functional activities and help develop project plans and deliverables
Manage assigned projects and project components while meeting quality and deadline requirements
Track and report KPIs for assigned initiatives
Identify and escalate project risks
Apply project management best practices and learn advanced methodologies
Assist with budget tracking and resource allocation
Build relationships with data engineers, business analysts, and other cross-functional team members
Communicate project updates, data requirements, and technical specifications
Facilitate communication between technical and business teams
Coordinate meetings, maintain documentation, and support project communications

2–4 years of experience managing projects or supporting project teams
Demonstrated experience with data mapping, data integration, or ETL processes
Solid understanding of data concepts, data flow, and system integration principles
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience coordinating with diverse technical and business teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Analytical ability to interpret data requirements into actionable solutions
Adaptability in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Practical problem-solving approach for data integration challenges
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
Growth mindset and eagerness to develop project management and data integration skills
Experience in digital technology, platform environments, or data standards is nice to have
Advanced SQL, data warehousing, or database management skills are nice to have
Project management training or entry-level certifications are nice to have
Understanding of data quality assurance and validation processes is nice to have
Experience with software platforms or enterprise systems is nice to have
Interest in process improvement and data process optimization is nice to have
