About the role

  • Client Support Specialist assisting business clients with inquiries and troubleshooting. Working in a call center environment, providing world-class customer support for TELUS.

Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class support to business clients in a call center environment
  • Use provided documentation and training to support: Desktop computers, Applications (custom and standard), Network connections, Mobile devices, Telephony systems
  • Act as a liaison between the client and other support teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues

Requirements

  • Fluency in both official languages (spoken and written)
  • Ability to follow documented processes and ask necessary questions directly related to the client's products and services
  • Document all steps taken in the ticket log
  • Excellent communication skills
