Join the Mobility Digital Sales Strategy team as a category manager of Mobility Activations on TELUS.com
Deliver exceptional results across the TELUS Mobility portfolio, focusing on eCommerce sales growth, accelerating digital and omnichannel adoption, and supercharging channel profitability
Drive the overall TELUS Mobility Digital strategy, including development of omni-channel capabilities, retargeting and prospecting
Own Digital Mobility performance including funnel conversion, activations, orders, and channel profitability
Develop and report on key analytics and metrics fueling strategic recommendations
Serve as the primary contact across the organization for Mobility Digital Sales Strategy, fostering relationships with internal stakeholders
Develop and execute complex strategic plans with cross-functional teams, translating strategy into actionable deliverables
Design and advocate for new eCommerce capabilities and journey enhancements with the Digital Product team
Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a digital sales and strategy environment
Experience with Jira, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Google Suite and Figma are assets
Proven track record in eCommerce sales strategy, digital transformation, or product management
Strong strategic thinker who is able to analyze complex data or scenarios, provide actionable insights, and communicate clearly and concisely to all levels of leadership
Exceptional collaborator who is able to navigate complex organizational dynamics, and use influencing and negotiating skills to create desired outcomes
Strong organization and execution skills to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
A proven category or product manager with a track record of thriving in ambiguity, loves to solve problems, and raises the bar in their role
Bachelor's degree or similar post-secondary degree, MBA is an asset
