About the role
- Integration Specialist onboarding institutional-investor clients and monitoring document workflows. Improving operations processes for Tetrix’s AI-powered private-market data platform.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients by setting up key workflows so they can maximize the value of the platform
- Monitor document collection and ensure client pipelines operate smoothly
- Develop and refine internal processes for document collection and reporting
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and client strategy teams to improve operations workflows
Requirements
- Strong interest in operations, including processing data, monitoring systems, and validating workflow success rates
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver on time
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Keen interest in new technology and developing technical skills
- Elementary programming abilities are a plus
- Strong proficiency in English is a key asset
