Responsibilities
Maintain the app build and release process across mobile, consoles, and PC
Execute and evolve storefront management tooling for consistently flawless delivery
Support incremental improvements to build and release pipelines
Write and improve tools to support and empower teams
Work with engineers to automate build requirements and support rapid testing solutions
Coordinate with Production and Live-Ops teams through all phases of a release
Contribute to documentation for automation and release processes and pipelines
Assist in managing multiple branches and environments for development and deployment
Help craft advanced social games at thatgamecompany
Requirements
Knowledge of Build and Release principles and methodologies, including source control (Perforce), branch management, and build testing
Scripting and automation skills with Python or similar
Solid understanding of continuous integration
Experience with automated build systems such as Jenkins or equivalent
Experience with task tracking software
Strong communication and collaboration skills
C++ background and experience
Experience testing and developing REST APIs (nice to have)
Experience working with storefronts such as Google Play and AppStore (nice to have)
Fluency in Python (nice to have)
Experience utilizing AI tooling to enhance efficiency (nice to have)
Knowledge of systems administration (Windows, OSX, Linux) (nice to have)
Experience with software provisioning tools such as Ansible (nice to have)
