About the role

AI-native Full-Stack Engineer building agentic platforms for GAIN, a data-driven marketing and growth company. Developing LLM orchestration, unified memory, and scalable AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Build full-stack features across React, Node/Python, Postgres/Supabase, AWS, N8n, and OpenAI Agents SDK
Develop LLM orchestration pipelines and agentic workflows that create intuitive context/action architectures while keeping humans in the loop
Build a unified memory layer integrating relational, non-relational, and vector databases
Create AI-accelerated development tooling, including spec-to-code pipelines, self-documentation, test scaffolding, and automations
Design modular, scalable infrastructure for heavy AI workloads
Report to the VP of Engineering
Collaborate within the Engineering team and across specialist teams at GAIN

3–5 years of hands-on software engineering experience, with a meaningful portion building AI-native systems
Deep comfort with LLMs, agentic AI orchestration, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and applied ML
Strong full-stack foundation in React, Node.js, Python, Postgres/Supabase, AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3, Dynamo, RDS), N8n, and OpenAI Agents SDK
Proven track record architecting pipelines, agent frameworks, and data orchestration layers integrating LLMs, embeddings, and automation
Systems-thinking orientation with emphasis on elegance, modularity, velocity, craftsmanship, and curiosity
Evidence of shipped work, such as repository links, production agentic applications, infrastructure diagrams, or solutions to difficult LLM, agentic workflow, or ML pipeline problems
