About the role

  • Tech consulting leader driving commercial data, analytics, and AI initiatives for Pharma and Life Sciences clients at Tiger Analytics. Leading solution design, BI delivery, data architecture, and executive stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the application of data science techniques and advanced analytics approaches to solve complex Pharma and Life Science business problems
  • Translate high-level client business problems into high-level analytics solution designs
  • Lead strategic omni-channel analytics efforts across commercial pharmaceutical marketing, sales, and digital engagements
  • Lead the design and delivery of advanced analytical and Business Intelligence products, including metrics design and reporting
  • Oversee and guide data architectures with emphasis on data quality, data integrity, and compliance with commercial data management frameworks
  • Apply commercial pharma expertise in omni-channel strategy, customer journey mapping, and marketing effectiveness
  • Engage senior client stakeholders, understand business requirements, design solutions, and drive cross-functional collaboration

Requirements

  • 12–16 years of professional work experience, including at least 8 years in data analytics
  • Ability to engage executive/VP-level client stakeholders and translate business problems into high-level analytics solution approaches
  • Solid understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms
  • Strong project management and team management skills
  • Ability to work with global teams
  • Fluency and extensive working experience with pharmaceutical data sources, including Claims and Prescriber data such as IQVIA Xponent, Plantrak, LAAD, and PE
  • Experience with Execution data such as Veeva CRM
  • Experience with Real-World Data sources such as TriNetX, Flatiron, Optum, and Komodo
  • Experience with Specialty Pharmacy data and Payer Formulary data such as MMIT
  • Graduate degree in Business Analytics or MBA, or equivalent work experience
