Responsibilities
Design and own Top Down’s recruiting program across its portfolio, including playbooks, processes, tooling, and standards
Lead full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market, technical, and operational roles across multiple portfolio companies
Manage intake, sourcing, assessment, offer strategy, and closing
Build lasting relationships across the SaaS and MSP ecosystem
Partner with founders, executives, and hiring managers on role scoping, interviewer coaching, hiring standards, and search momentum
Build pipelines and processes that deliver exceptional talent quickly without sacrificing quality
Apply AI to sourcing, research, personalized outreach, screening, and workflow automation while preserving human connection
Own and improve the candidate experience across every touchpoint
Requirements
7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Track record of landing hard-to-find talent in competitive markets
Agency recruiting experience, including pace, rigor, and business development
In-house recruiting partnership experience with hiring managers and business leaders
Ability to build a talent program, systems, and scalable processes from scratch
Strong relationship-building and networking capabilities
Ability to work across multiple companies, stages, and skill sets
Current use of AI for recruiting and a clear perspective on appropriate AI applications versus human interaction
Ability to work autonomously and remain accountable for outcomes
Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information, offers, and people dynamics
Experience within or recruiting for SaaS, MSP, or broader B2B technology companies is a nice-to-have
Venture capital, private equity, or multi-company portfolio experience is a nice-to-have
Experience establishing or maturing a talent function is a nice-to-have
Familiarity with modern ATS platforms and AI recruiting tools is a nice-to-have
