Responsibilities
See playable environments through from conception to completion.
Produce photorealistic asset and environments.
Work closely with the level design team and other artists to bring the concepts to life.
Plan, estimate and prioritize time frames for the completion of tasks while tracking progress.
Help identify and fix bugs, including performance and budget issues.
Implement and incorporate feedback from Director and Leads into work.
Work with the team to achieve the desired level of quality and technical accuracy.
Help define best practices for our production workflows.
Participate in brainstorming and concept development sessions, contributing fresh ideas and innovative approaches.
Requirements
An exceptional portfolio of work that exemplifies the creation of high-quality photorealistic environments.
3+ years of professional game development experience as an Environment Artist.
Experience developing AAA titles on PC and/or console.
Deep knowledge of game environment development processes, from sculpting to retopo, baking, uvs, texturing, etc.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
A high degree of self-motivation and initiative-taking.
Experience Unreal Engine 5, Maya, 3Ds Max, or Blender, Z Brush, and Adobe Substance Suite.
