About the role
- Senior Financial Analyst supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and operational insights at Trellint, a technology company. Partnering with Program Managers and leadership on financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Act as a business partner to client Program Managers, creating scalable reporting processes and supporting accountability for actual results
- Assist in developing a continuous forecasting discipline and improving KPIs and business performance
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Prepare and refine financial presentations for leadership and board-level reporting
- Deliver monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and performance insights
- Assist with accruals, journal entries, and other month-end close tasks
- Collaborate with operations to align financial data with business drivers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a high-growth or tech environment
- CPA is an asset but not required
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with financial systems such as NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, or Claude is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
