• Act as a business partner to client Program Managers, creating scalable reporting processes and supporting accountability for actual results

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Prepare and refine financial presentations for leadership and board-level reporting
• Deliver monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and performance insights
• Assist with accruals, journal entries, and other month-end close tasks
• Collaborate with operations to align financial data with business drivers
