Responsibilities
Embed with internal teams to map workflows and identify high-leverage bottlenecks
Build AI-powered internal tools and agents using Claude Code scripts, agentic workflows, and LLM-driven automations
Write Python and JavaScript for webhooks, integrations, and edge cases
Audit, repair, and re-architect automations and no-code workflows using Zapier/Make, Airtable, and Salesforce
Integrate CRMs, email, calendars, spreadsheets, internal databases, and APIs
Build current, trustworthy datasets and operational dashboards
Define and track KPIs with internal teams
Perform SQL, scripting, and LLM-based ad-hoc analysis and reconcile records across systems
Surface at-risk clients, declining retention, and process bottlenecks
Translate findings into recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
Add monitoring, alerting, and documentation to automation and data pipelines
Follow consent and privacy best practices when automating communications and handling data
Report to CEO Manmeet Maggu
Requirements
Must be enrolled in a university/college co-op program
Experience with scripting languages, especially Python and JavaScript
Hands-on experience building with LLMs outside of class
Strong SQL and comfort with relational data, including joining tables, cleaning messy data, and reasoning about data quality
Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills, including lookups and pivot tables
Experience building dashboards or reports others rely on
Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON
Ability to explain technical ideas and data findings to non-technical people
Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, and high EQ
