About the role
- Project Manager overseeing multidisciplinary environmental projects for Trinity Consultants Canada. Managing cost, scope, schedules, risks, stakeholders, and proposals across the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Actively manage multidisciplinary environmental projects of varying size and complexity
- Oversee project activities while managing cost, scope, schedule, and risk throughout the project lifecycle
- Support Project Directors with project team dynamics and prioritization of critical-path tasks
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, Indigenous groups, and regulators
- Participate in business development
- Lead proposal preparation
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience in an environmental consulting background
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to make and document sound decisions
- Ability to leverage project management tools and systems to prioritize work across multiple projects
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to quality, excellence, and professional ethics
- Formal project management training would be considered an asset
