About the role

  • Content & Narrative Lead defining Trulioo’s story as a digital identity verification company. Building editorial, research, multimedia, and AI-enabled content systems.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own Trulioo’s narrative across PR, thought leadership, and editorial content
  • Develop category language around verified identity, verified risk, defensible decisioning, and systems of trust
  • Own the website as a narrative-focused surface
  • Turn company data on fraud patterns, identity risk, and verification trends into original research and benchmark reports
  • Develop video and multimedia content with a consistent company voice
  • Build systems for brand voice, tone, and messaging that can be used by the team and AI tools
  • Establish feedback loops to measure content impact, AI search visibility, and audience persuasion
  • Manage agency partners
  • Hire, ramp, and direct a lean editorial team
  • Build ideation, workflow, social listening, and content-engine agents
  • Write and edit high-impact content personally
  • Prepare executives and internal spokespeople for press and narrative-sensitive moments
  • Identify whitespace and partner with the risk team on regulations, perspectives, and market analysis
  • Collaborate with product and product marketing so launches carry the narrative forward
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity, decision-making, and work processes

Requirements

  • Built an editorial voice from close to nothing rather than merely scaling an existing one
  • Experience building AI agents that enable workflows and improve quality
  • Practical experience judging where AI helps content and where it diminishes brand quality
  • Willingness to ship work quickly and refine it publicly
  • Preference for working with a small team and creating leverage
  • Familiarity with regulatory, fintech, or compliance trade coverage
  • Ability to understand content broadly across the organization
  • Human-crafted cover letter required, including the requested perspectives on continuous identity verification
  • Willingness to work from the Vancouver office three days per week on a hybrid model, or qualify for remote consideration
  • Legal eligibility to work in Canada is requested in the application form
