About the role
- Part-time Reservation Agent supporting U-Haul's moving equipment and reservation operations. Assisting customers, dealerships, field teams, and U-Box portable storage services in Edmonton.
Responsibilities
- Assist with calls from and to customers
- Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement
- Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status
- Help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand
- Review reports supporting effective placement of equipment, customer reservations, and contracts
- Support creation of equipment availability and accuracy
- Assist with the Company's U-Box portable storage product
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email
- Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking
- Applicants must comply with U-Haul's applicable nicotine-product hiring policy
