Responsibilities
Provide detailed information to learners on program requirements, support learner needs, and track and monitor learner progress
Act as the first point of contact for general enquiries and respond within the defined scope of the role
Liaise with learners, faculty, and internal and external contacts to coordinate program activities, seminars, and workshops
Coordinate meeting schedules, agendas, materials, action and follow-up items, and take and distribute meeting minutes
Support internal and external program reviews by coordinating required materials and documentation
Determine logistical details and activities for events and/or programming
Handle sensitive and/or confidential information, update and maintain records, and generate reports
Requirements
Advanced College Diploma (3 years) or an acceptable combination of education and experience
Minimum two (2) years of experience supporting and coordinating education programs and projects
Demonstrated experience providing frontline learner support, including serving as a first point of contact for enquiries and providing program information
Demonstrated experience tracking and monitoring learners and checking completion of program requirements
Demonstrated experience coordinating meetings, including schedules, agendas, materials, action and follow-up items, and taking meeting minutes
Experience organizing and executing events both in person and virtually, including coordinating logistics
Experience maintaining information in databases and digital platforms, updating program records, and generating reports
Strong proficiency with MS Office and other common administrative tools and systems (e.g., shared mailboxes and calendars, Zoom)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with learners, faculty, and internal and external contacts
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with demonstrated ability to prioritize activities and meet deadlines
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
