Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic projects and programming
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across colleges and academic units
  • Guide implementation across a decentralized environment
  • Lead Faculty-wide professional development initiatives
  • Deliver presentations to promote programs and initiatives
  • Develop program and service materials

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or an acceptable combination of equivalent experience
  • Six to seven years of recent and related experience in developing, reviewing and implementing policies and business practices in higher education
  • Experience in academic advising
  • Extensive experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Experience working with diverse student communities
  • Experience advising senior leadership and driving change
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective learning sessions
