About the role

  • Senior Vice President leading Valtech’s strategy practice across the Americas. Advising executives and developing AI-native offerings for Valtech’s experience innovation and digital transformation work.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve Valtech’s strategy practice across the Americas
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive client leaders, including CMOs, CIOs, and other senior stakeholders
  • Advise clients on brand strategy, customer experience, data, technology, AI, personalization, and growth
  • Develop strategic points of view and connect brand differentiation with data-driven customer engagement
  • Advise on AI’s impact on content production, marketing operations, and customer experience ecosystems
  • Build and strengthen client partnerships
  • Shape, qualify, develop, and prioritize high-value strategic pursuits
  • Guide pursuit strategy and support proposal and RFP development
  • Lead pursuit narratives through final client presentations and develop differentiated value propositions
  • Collaborate with commercial and pricing teams on strategic positioning and commercial models
  • Coach presenting teams and capture pursuit lessons learned
  • Transform market and client insights into scalable service offerings
  • Define and evolve strategy, brand, data activation, personalization, and AI offerings
  • Represent Valtech at conferences, executive forums, analyst briefings, and client events
  • Develop intellectual property, research, and thought leadership content
  • Build awareness of Valtech’s AI-native positioning and experience innovation capabilities
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of strategists across the Americas
  • Establish scalable operating models, tools, methodologies, and ways of working
  • Partner with Creative, Data & AI, and Technology leaders to deliver integrated client outcomes
  • Implement AI-native approaches across research, strategic development, pursuit support, and practice operations
  • Foster collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous learning

Requirements

  • Significant experience in strategy consulting, digital consulting, business transformation, or a related advisory discipline
  • Proven success advising CMOs, marketing leaders, and executive stakeholders on business growth and transformation initiatives
  • Ability to engage credibly with CIOs and technology leaders on technology investments and business outcomes
  • Deep understanding of customer experience, brand strategy, data activation, personalization, and AI-driven transformation
  • Experience leading complex, multidisciplinary pursuits from qualification through deal closure
  • Strong track record of building and scaling high-performing strategy or advisory teams
  • Experience defining operating models, methodologies, and business practices for growing consulting organizations
  • Proven ability to establish and scale AI-enabled or AI-native approaches within strategy and consulting environments
  • Excellent executive communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and influence stakeholders across multiple functions
  • For Québec-based candidates, fluency in English is necessary
  • Agile methodologies and consulting experience are a plus
  • External market presence through speaking engagements, published thought leadership, analyst engagement, or industry participation is nice to have
  • Experience across brand, marketing, data, and technology transformation initiatives is nice to have
  • Established strategic alliance or technology partner relationships are nice to have
  • Experience supporting global clients and large-scale transformation programs is nice to have
