About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the technical vision, architecture strategies and best practices for Cloud and DevOps projects
  • Lead the design and implementation of large-scale cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure
  • Establish engineering standards, governance frameworks, security controls and operational excellence practices
  • Advise client executives, technology leaders and product teams
  • Lead the design and implementation of agentic AI solutions using modern AI orchestration frameworks, LLMs, copilots, autonomous workflows and intelligent agents
  • Identify opportunities to automate complex business processes through AI-based systems
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and define adoption strategies
  • Design secure, scalable and responsible AI solutions for enterprise environments
  • Lead cloud adoption, modernization, migration and platform engineering initiatives
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, observability practices, reliability engineering and cloud governance
  • Support platform teams in implementing scalable DevOps operating models and automation strategies
  • Ensure security, compliance, performance and reliability requirements are met
  • Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across multiple projects
  • Participate in presales activities, solution design, technical discovery workshops and proposal development
  • Provide executive-level communication and technical leadership throughout project delivery
  • Manage technical risks, architecture decisions and deliverable quality
  • Mentor and coach architects, engineers and technical leads
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and technical excellence
  • Contribute to the development of skills and capabilities within the Cloud & DevOps practice

Requirements

  • More than 10 years of experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, platform engineering or DevOps
  • More than 5 years of experience in technical leadership, architecture or consulting roles
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, including Azure services, architecture patterns, governance, security and operations
  • Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise applications using Next.js, React and modern web architectures
  • Demonstrated experience implementing or architecting agentic AI solutions, AI-based automation, autonomous workflows, copilots or advanced AI solution frameworks
  • Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, containers and distributed systems
  • Strong experience providing client advisory services and managing executive-level stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Azure, including App Services, AKS, Functions, AI Services, Networking, Security, Identity, Data Services and Platform Engineering capabilities
  • Proficiency with DevOps platforms and practices, including GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and automation
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems
  • Experience with observability, monitoring, reliability engineering and cloud security best practices
  • Experience integrating AI and machine learning solutions into enterprise applications
  • Fluency in English required
  • Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or another relevant Microsoft certification preferred
  • Experience with Azure OpenAI Service and implementing AI platforms in enterprise environments preferred
  • Experience in platform engineering and internal developer platforms preferred
  • Experience in consulting, digital transformation or systems integration environments preferred
  • Experience leading distributed, international delivery teams preferred
