About the role

Vantive supply-chain IT lead managing Kinaxis Rapid Response planning and reporting applications. Ensuring validated, compliant solutions through testing, maintenance, and technical support.

Responsibilities

Own and manage supply chain planning and reporting applications throughout their lifecycle
Ensure applications are designed, operated, maintained, and validated according to business and regulatory requirements
Gather and analyze business needs, define requirements, and architect technical solutions
Lead system testing execution and change management in regulated and non-regulated environments
Oversee system maintenance, upgrades, defect tracking, issue triage, root cause analysis, and resolution
Act as primary liaison between IT, business process owners, and external vendors
Maintain functional requirements, design specifications, validation plans, and change control documentation
Develop and execute test scripts, UAT scenarios, and validation plans
Manage risk assessments, audits, and regulatory inspections related to system validation and compliance
Collaborate with IT teams to develop and deploy configurable solutions in Rapid Response and other planning/reporting applications
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for system support and enhancements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
2+ years of hands-on experience building worksheets, dashboards, and alerts in Kinaxis Rapid Response
Strong technical foundation in enterprise application support, configuration, and deployment
Basic understanding of Java, .NET, and SQL
Technical knowledge of SQL and data integration concepts including APIs, batch jobs, and ETL
Strong knowledge of the Kinaxis platform
Knowledge of AWS or Azure and cloud application deployment, configuration, and maintenance
Familiarity with system integrations and web services/APIs
Experience troubleshooting production issues
Experience in regulated healthcare, pharma, or life sciences environments
Understanding of CSV (Computer System Validation) and GxP requirements
Knowledge of data modeling concepts including table structures, linkages, and configuration
Ability to develop and execute test scripts, validation plans, and system documentation
Kinaxis Author Level 1, Administrator Level 1, and Integration Level 1 certifications are nice to have
Experience with AWS, Azure, or cloud-based environments is nice to have
Basic project management experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies is nice to have
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
