About the role

  • Senior software engineer building internal marketing, sales, and client-operations systems for Wrapbook’s AI production-finance platform. Developing Salesforce integrations, data pipelines, APIs, and AI-native workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and ship internal applications and services end-to-end with clean architecture and long-term maintainability
  • Build and integrate APIs across the marketing, sales, and client operations stack, including telephony, marketing automation, sales engagement, support, and BI
  • Ensure reliable handoffs and schema integrity across integrations
  • Build and own data pipelines feeding reporting and operational systems
  • Extend and maintain the Salesforce platform using Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components
  • Design AI-native workflows and agents with production guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls
  • Translate operator needs into software and challenge incorrect or unsuitable requests
  • Observe workflows, build solutions, validate them, ship to production, and iterate
  • Own the full development lifecycle from requirements through UAT, release, and iteration

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
  • Full-stack, backend, or systems background preferred
  • Fluency in one or two modern programming languages, such as Python or JavaScript
  • Experience with agentic coding tools, such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex
  • Fluency in SQL
  • Strong data architecture skills, including schema design, data modeling, and pipelines
  • Ability to build usable interfaces with UX/UI sense for internal tools
  • Experience designing API integrations with schema mapping, error handling, and data fidelity
  • Experience building or integrating with Salesforce, including Apex, Flows, and APIs
  • Willingness to continue working deeply with Salesforce
  • Experience shipping production software with version control, testing, and CI/CD
  • Ability to own the full development lifecycle from requirements through UAT, release, and iteration
  • Hands-on perspective on where AI and agents create leverage in real workflows
  • Bonus: entertainment or project-based industry experience
  • Bonus: telephony integration experience, such as Zoom Contact Center
  • Bonus: Salesforce certifications
