About the role

  • Graduate broking analyst supporting WTW’s insurance brokerage business in assessing and placing client risks. Preparing submissions, proposals, quotes, and client presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the 17-month, non-rotational Graduate Development Program
  • Complete orientation and onboarding training covering functions within Risk and Broking
  • Gather information and analytics to assess and evaluate client risks for market placement
  • Create Loss Summaries, review program binders and policies for accuracy, and assist brokers, senior brokers, and Client Advocacy teams
  • Prepare draft submission documents and finalize submissions for delivery
  • Review quotes against specifications and develop side-by-side comparisons
  • Prepare program proposals
  • Develop client and prospect presentations to secure new and expand existing relationships
  • Assist with Client Renewal Strategy Meeting deliverables
  • Support RFP processes, sales, and pipeline needs
  • Research market solutions and develop risk solutions for clients
  • Build relationships with insurance carriers and trading partners
  • Develop understanding of insurance principles and brokerage concepts
  • Follow quality, compliance, and client documentation procedures
  • Record and maintain information accurately in company systems, including RMS filing and the Broking Platform
  • Create, manage, and check Business Unit certification needs
  • Request, manage, and support Business Unit billing needs
  • Perform other tasks required by the Business Unit

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3.0 GPA
  • Date of Graduation between May 2026 – May 2027
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Intermediate to advance Excel skills
  • Demonstration of strong time and task management skills
  • Ability to take direction, receive constructive feedback and deliver accurate work product
  • Relationship management and customer focus; ability to interface with customers and collaborate internally with teammates to serve customers
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills, analytically driven and detail oriented
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in time management
  • Must obtain the required insurance license within ninety (90) days of date of hire
  • Must obtain and maintain an active surplus lines license for the resident state within the specified 120-day timeframe, as applicable
