About the role

Responsibilities
- Translate security strategies, priorities, and roadmaps into structured, actionable execution plans
- Maintain a consolidated view of the entire security portfolio
- Structure the various portfolio initiatives
- Define and document objectives, deliverables, milestones, and expected outcomes
- Develop and maintain security roadmaps
- Maintain a consolidated view of initiatives, commitments, and capabilities
- Coordinate work involving multiple teams, business areas, or delivery trains
- Identify and manage dependencies between initiatives
- Quickly identify risks, issues, delays, and obstacles
- Facilitate the resolution of cross-team issues
- Support prioritization and sequencing exercises
- Analyze gaps between portfolio ambitions and actual delivery capacity
- Produce and track progress, capacity, and execution KPIs
- Prepare dashboards and reports for governance bodies and executive leadership
- Collaborate with security leads, architects, delivery leads, and business units
- Facilitate the discussions and decisions required to advance initiatives
- Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and required decisions
- Produce and maintain a master plan, initiative register, governance framework, dependency matrix, RACI, capacity plan, risk and issue register, and communication plan
- Produce executive dashboards, KPIs, progress reports, cross-team coordination reports, improvement recommendations, and the corresponding roadmap
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience managing complex projects, programs, or portfolios
- At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or technology risk management
- Expertise in portfolio management / PMO involving multiple concurrent initiatives
- Experience coordinating across multiple teams, business areas, and stakeholders
- Ability to manage complex dependencies and advance initiatives without direct hierarchical authority
- Experience in an Agile environment or one involving multiple teams/delivery trains
- Experience in a large organization or highly regulated environment
- Experience with governance, executive reporting, KPIs, capacity management, risk, and issue management
- Ability to structure roadmaps and translate strategic direction into execution plans
- Excellent communication, organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Fluency in French and English
- Ability to provide three client references demonstrating concrete results
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, particularly IAM/IAG, vulnerability management, data protection, cloud security, cyber defense and incident response, technology risk management, regulatory compliance, and audits
- Canadian work permit required in the application form
