About the role
- Analyste Salesforce concevant l’architecture organique, les tâches techniques et configurations CRM pour Xideral. Soutien aux développeurs, qualité du code, sécurité et solutions .NET/Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Design the technical architecture of the Portal system
- Collaborate with the team to break down user stories into technical tasks
- Advise and support development resources
- Actively contribute to the quality of the code produced
- Serve as a specialist in development tools and technical standards
- Ensure compliance with security models, technical architecture standards, and development standards
- Propose and design technical solutions that comply with established standards
- Develop proofs of concept to validate complex technical architectures
- Perform Salesforce functional configuration, including Validation Rules, Page Layouts, Objects & Fields, Salesforce Flows, and low-code/no-code configurations
- Participate in the evaluation of new products and technology solutions
- Recommend technology acquisitions when appropriate
- Participate in decisions and approvals concerning security requests and other technical needs
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in information technology
- At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Analyst
- At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce CRM
- At least 2 years of experience with cloud infrastructures and solutions, including Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, or comparable technologies
- At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft .NET technologies for application development
- Experience designing and decomposing technical solutions
- Ability to advise and support developers on technical matters
- Strong understanding of development standards, security models, and code quality
- Experience designing technical solutions that comply with architecture and development standards
- Ability to develop Proofs of Concept (POCs) to validate complex architectures
- Experience with Salesforce low-code/no-code functional configuration
- Excellent command of French
- The candidate must be located in Quebec to perform the assignment remotely
