• Lead delivery of Cross-Border, regional and domestic rail integrations via API, SWIFT and host-to-host
• Translate bank specifications into detailed product & engineering requirements and delivery plans.
• Drive integration testing, certification, and production go-live.
• Manage post-integration lifecycle.
• Define integration success metrics (e.g., reliability, reconciliation accuracy, SLA adherence, operational efficiency).
• Standardize reusable integration patterns to reduce duplication and accelerate future bank onboarding.
• Facilitate building a pricing framework and evolve the model based on business needs
• Conduct regular market research and analyze competitor pricing
• Collaborate with finance and treasury teams to model the P&L and margin implications
• Define the business logic and system capabilities required to support full payment lifecycles
• Design, deliver and validate handling of unhappy paths and operational edge cases.
