About the role

Applied AI Engineer building production AI systems and trusted data foundations for Yodo1, a global mobile game growth company. Developing agent capabilities that investigate problems, recommend actions, and automate complex workflows.

Responsibilities

Architect and ship trusted data, experimentation, and agent systems powering the AdTech platform
Design and evolve data systems that unify fragmented revenue and event data
Develop and run data-quality checks, reconcile sources, and catch regressions, failure modes, and edge cases
Improve business decision-making through trusted metrics, experimentation, and automated analysis
Investigate production failures and improve pipeline robustness, latency, and reliability
Build data products and feedback loops that provide AI agents with context, tools, and signals
Collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams to embed data and AI into high-value workflows
Define quality standards for systems making and automating complex business decisions end to end

Proven track record of shipping reliable, AI-enabled software end to end
Experience building or shipping machine learning or LLM-powered products
Strong Python skills
Comfortable with modern machine learning tooling
Experience building and operating production data systems using large, complex, or event-level datasets
Ability to think in terms of complete systems and business outcomes, not only pipelines, models, or individual technical components
Enjoy investigating messy production failures, finding root causes, and turning them into lasting improvements
Experience with agent frameworks or tool-using LLM systems (might have)
Experience working with large, messy datasets or production logs (might have)
Experience with advertising technology, including mediation platforms, ad networks, DSPs, or exchanges (might have)
