About the role
- Amazon Connect Engineer needed for Microsoft Teams Telephony migration and AWS solution design. Remote contract in Ontario, 6-month with extension potential.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Microsoft Teams Telephony migration initiatives; design and enhance Amazon Connect and AWS-based solutions; collaborate with stakeholders; develop technical designs; support cloud operations and reliability; contribute to DevOps and automation; explore AI and cloud-native technologies; create documentation and standards; mentor teams.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Phone and enterprise telephony; Amazon Connect administration and AWS experience; cloud solution design/implementation/support; knowledge of call routing, DID numbers, toll-free services, telephony migrations; ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions; interest in AI/automation; strong communication and documentation skills; Enhanced Reliability Clearance (ERC).
Benefits
- Salaried: $48-$58/hour; Incorporated: $58-$68/hour; 6-month contract with strong extension potential; 37.5 hours/week; primarily remote within Ontario.
