About the role
- Back-end Software Engineer role building technology for global operations, emphasizing secure coding, microservices, CI/CD, and test automation.
Responsibilities
- Work in an Agile team to create, deliver, and maintain high-quality, performant, and secure solutions. Provide technical leadership across the software development lifecycle, lead design and review of software systems, pair program with other engineers, and contribute to open source projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years back-end development with Databricks, Pyspark, Azure Data Factory, SQL Server; 5+ years cloud-native solutions on Azure; 5+ years CI/CD with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions; experience designing software systems and documenting with UML; ability to make complex information accessible; familiarity with Java and Spring Boot is an asset.
