About the role

  • Support procurement platforms like Coupa and Zip for a top financial client, focusing on S2P operations and system enhancements. This role involves user provisioning, troubleshooting, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Support and administer Coupa S2P processes, including requisitioning, approvals, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and user support. Manage user provisioning for procurement platforms (Coupa, Zip), including onboarding and offboarding. Maintain accurate records of user access and permissions to ensure compliance. Resolve user access issues and monitor platform usage for compliance and operational efficiency. Assist with supplier onboarding and catalog enablement activities to improve adoption and transaction accuracy. Provide support for linking non-catalog requisitions to contracts and managing Purchase Orders (POs) modifications, cancellations, and monitoring. Support system testing, releases, and validations to ensure platform stability and feature integration. Maintain process documentation, training materials, and job aids for onboarding and change management. Track operational metrics and report on platform adoption, issue resolution, and process improvements. Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Technology, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve process gaps. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in procurement enablement and system effectiveness. Assist with compliance activities related to data privacy, internal controls, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of procurement systems support experience, specifically with Source-to-Pay platforms like Coupa. Strong understanding of requisition-to-invoice workflows, approval controls, and supplier enablement. Experience supporting procurement or finance platforms, with a focus on user enablement and issue resolution. Demonstrated troubleshooting skills and ability to coordinate across teams for timely resolution. Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments managing multiple priorities. Strong communication skills with experience working with business stakeholders. Comfort working with data, reporting, and process metrics. Post-secondary education in business, supply chain, finance, information systems, or a related discipline.
