About the role
- Business Analyst role implementing Microsoft Dynamics ERP, analyzing processes, defining requirements, and delivering solutions across multiple sites in Canada and the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and map workflows to identify improvements. Gather, document, and manage business and technical requirements. Support ERP implementation, system upgrades, testing, and user training. Create training materials, support guides, and end-user documentation. Collaborate with teams across Canada and the U.S. to ensure successful deployments.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP environments (Dynamics NAV preferred). Strong understanding of finance, POs, supply chain, billing, and order management. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to travel to U.S. sites (Canadian or U.S. work authorization required).
