Responsibilities
- The Senior Business Analyst leads strategic business analysis initiatives with enterprise-wide impact. This role operates at the executive level, guiding complex transformation efforts and ensuring alignment with institutional goals. The Senior Business Analyst has all the demonstrated proficiency and experience of the Mid-Level Business Analyst, plus the following: Facilitating and guiding multi-discipline teams in complex business transformation initiatives. Applying leading business transformation methodologies to manage multiple workstreams, ambiguity, and drive organizational change. Designing business process and service delivery plans to transition from current to future states. Communicating with executives and senior leadership on sensitive operational changes in multi-stakeholder environments. Developing outcomes measurement frameworks and benefit realization plans. Providing advice to senior leadership on high level business decisions. In-depth understanding of business operations and enterprise technology ecosystems, ensuring that solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture principles, business objectives and organizational priorities.
Requirements
- Business Analysis certification or designation (e.g. CBAP) preferred. However, an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may also be considered. > 8+ years in business analysis.
