About the role
- Business Analyst with 5-6 years in banking/financial services, strong in Counterparty Credit, data mapping, regulatory reporting, and SDLC. Toronto, ON, 4 days onsite.
Responsibilities
- The Business Analyst will work on Counterparty Credit initiatives, including data gap analysis, mapping logic, requirement gathering, BRD documentation, and liaising with IT/QA teams. The role involves coordinating UAT, testing, implementation, and migration, with a strong understanding of SDLC/Agile.
Requirements
- Counterparty Credit / Credit Risk experience • Understanding of Counterparty Credit Exposure Measurement • Experience with LEF (Large Exposure Framework) and SCCL (Single Counterparty Credit Limit) • Exposure to Lending, Facility, Security, Securities Financing Transactions (SFT), Derivatives, Guarantees, and LC Fronting • Strong experience in data gap analysis and mapping logic • Requirement gathering, BRD/requirement documentation and liaising with IT/QA teams • Experience coordinating UAT, testing, implementation & migration • Strong understanding of SDLC / Agile • Strong SQL skills – Hive, MS SQL Server, Teradata, Hue, Dremio, etc. • Advanced MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project and Access
