About the role
- Senior Business Analyst with QA expertise needed for Agile software product development in Calgary, AB.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements. Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. Collaborate with Product, Development, and QA teams throughout the Agile SDLC. Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication. Perform functional testing, regression testing, defect tracking, and UAT. Identify project risks, dependencies, and recommend solutions.
Requirements
- 12+ years of Business Analyst experience. Hands-on QA experience (Functional Testing, Regression Testing, UAT). Strong Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and SDLC knowledge. Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working on complex, enterprise-level software products.
