About the role
- Director-level leader for structured credit technology strategy and delivery. Modernize systems, implement controls, and lead programs across trading, risk, finance, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute global technology roadmaps for structured credit platforms. Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs ($5–$10MM budgets) and platform buildouts. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and oversee outsourced/offshore teams. Implement controls for data integrity, risk, and regulatory compliance. Partner with trading desks, risk, finance, and operations to deliver scalable, efficient solutions. Build and lead high-performing teams across geographies.
Requirements
- 10+ years in capital markets, structured credit, or mortgage-backed securities technology. Deep expertise in ABS, MBS, CMBS, TRS, CLOs, and global regulatory environments. Proven leadership in large-scale program delivery in regulated financial services. Experience managing vendors, contracts, and offshore resources. Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Information Systems, or related field (CFA/FRM preferred).
