About the role
- Senior Technology Architect needed for a high-visibility contract with a major Ontario public transit agency, focusing on modernizing I&IT standards across multi-site networks.
Responsibilities
- This is a high-visibility engagement where your work will directly shape infrastructure standards across a major multi-site network. The focus: modernizing I&IT technology standards across operational and maintenance sites — spanning communications, access control, building automation, surveillance, and more.
Requirements
- 7+ years across: Implementations of 3+ large sites with 500+ distributed control points; AODA, TSSA, CSA B44 and multi-jurisdictional transportation tech regulations; Authored and endorsed technology architecture & specification documents; ISA/IEC 62443, BACnet, OPC, SCADA, ONVIF and related OT/ICS protocols; Integration of intercoms (incl. elevator intercoms), VOIP, PA, access control across multi-site environments; Strong stakeholder communication. Also: 1+ years of work experience with SCADA.
