Responsibilities
- I am looking for an experienced Project Control Officer for a top financial bank located in the heart of Downtown Toronto! What you’ll be doing: Owning project governance artifacts such as charters, status reports, RAID logs, etc. aligned to PMO standards Managing project financials: budgets, forecasts, actuals, and variance analysis Supporting planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking in Microsoft Project Preparing executive-level status reports/presentations and facilitating stakeholder meetings Working across Clarity (PPM), SharePoint, and PowerPoint to keep reporting and documentation audit-ready What we’re looking for: – 3–7+ years as a PCO / Project Coordinator or related experience – Experience in large enterprise or financial services environments – Strong hands-on skills with MS Project, Clarity, SharePoint, PowerPoint – Solid grasp of project financial management (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis) – Experience using Clarity (PPM), Sharepoint, Powerpoint and Microsoft tools.
