- Seeking an experienced Drupal Business Analyst to bridge business and technical teams for enterprise digital experience initiatives, with deep expertise in Drupal CMS and digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- We are seeking an experienced Drupal Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and technical implementation for enterprise digital experience initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Drupal CMS, digital transformation, content management, and business analysis, with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams to deliver scalable, user-centric digital solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, UX teams, architects, and development teams to define business requirements, optimize content workflows, support CMS modernization initiatives, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise Drupal solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Digital Consulting, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture. Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Drupal CMS platforms. Strong understanding of Drupal architecture, content types, taxonomy, workflows, permissions, and governance. Experience delivering enterprise CMS or Digital Experience Platform (DXP) implementations. Proven experience in business requirements gathering, business process analysis, functional documentation, and use case development. Experience supporting CMS modernization, migration, and digital transformation initiatives. Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies. Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.
