About the role
- Epicor Consultant for 6-month contract providing technical/functional ERP expertise. Hybrid role in Mississauga with focus on administration, integrations, and multi-site support.
Responsibilities
- Provide both technical and functional expertise across multiple Epicor ERP modules. Key responsibilities include Epicor functional & technical support for Sales Management, Service Management, Material Management, Financial Management, and Executive Analysis modules; system setup and management for multi-site, multi-currency environments; technical integration and production support for Salesforce integration, EFT, PAP, Vertex, and Epicor environments; manage deployments across load-balanced environments; maintain and support SSRS servers; coordinate with Azure/Windows, Database, and Epicor Software teams; perform Epicor administration with elevated privileges; manage Epicor DMT Module for data templates and updates; provide direction on Epicor + BarTender and Epicor EDI tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Epicor Consultant, Epicor Technical Analyst, or similar role. Strong functional understanding of Epicor ERP modules. Experience with SSRS, SQL, ERP integrations, and multi-environment architecture. Ability to manage complex deployments and troubleshoot production issues. Strong communication skills and comfort working with business owners and technical teams.
