  • Seeking an experienced Government RDIMS Consultant / Data Management Specialist for a federal client in Ottawa. Must have Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Noramtec Consultants is seeking an experienced Government RDIMS Consultant / Data Management Specialist to support a federal government client in Ottawa. The role involves managing documentation subject to Canadian Controlled Goods Program or U.S. ITAR regulations, managing a technical data resource centre, and performing data management and configuration management tasks.

Requirements

  • Mandatory Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience within the last 3 years using RDIMS or an equivalent Government of Canada document management system. Minimum 1 year of experience within the last 5 years managing documentation subject to the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP) or U.S. ITAR regulations. Minimum 5 years within the last 10 years managing a technical data resource centre, including document access control, document status tracking, repository organization, and technical document management. Minimum 5 years of Data Management experience, including technical file planning, records management, managing engineering drawings, reports, procedures, and design documentation, physical and electronic document storage, processing and distributing technical document deliverables, SOP compliance and process improvements. Minimum 3 years of Configuration Management experience, including revision control and technical information management.
