Responsibilities
- Lead the Workday readiness roadmap, transform and standardize core HR processes and controls, identify opportunities to simplify, automate and scale HR operations, explore responsible AI opportunities across recruitment and HR, improve employee and candidate experience, partner closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Legal and Operations, and help build the foundation for a more scalable, data-driven HR operating model.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in HR transformation, HR operations, HR systems, process improvement or HR project leadership. Experience with Workday, HRIS implementations, process governance and recruitment technology is highly valued.
